Our Space
We are located within the Healing Arts Center in beautiful downtown Moab, UT. at 50 E. Center Street.
The Office
A sweet space right off the waiting area when you walk into the the Healing Arts Center. Here is where you will check-in for your class or appointment, hang up or put down any of your belongings (or expired belief systems) that you won’t need while you’re here. Kick-off your shoes, have a little water or tea, and enjoy a sense of nourishment with all your senses. Our office locks while classes or appointments are happening so your items are always secured at all times.
The Reset Room
The Reset Room is where all our group classes are held. A short stroll down a hallway has you arriving at a clean, calm, and welcoming environment. You are free to come 15 minutes before or linger 15 minutes after a class to stay in relaxation, journal a little bit, and simply take your time coming back to the world with this upgraded version of you.
We provide all the equipment you’ll need for your experience, so no need to bring your own yoga mat or anything else unless you just prefer to. There is no added fee for the use of our equipment.
Also, when class is over we’ll take care of the clean-up for you. Leave all the scattered equipment and yoga blankets where they are. Who really wants to shift their brain into clean-n-tidy mode after a being in deeply restful yoga class or transformational workshop anyway? This also helps us to ensure that everything is cleaned and put away to keep appropriate hygeine at all times.
Parking
There is ample parking on Center Street, as well as along the cross street of N 100 East. There are sometimes occasional spots available in the Moab Information Center Parking Lot along the back row (please leave the rest of the lot for visitors of the MIC). A bike rack is available outside of the building on the sidewalk as well. Depending on the day, time and season, tourists or local diners can snag these spots, so please plan in at least a few extra minutes in case you need to walk a little bit. Again, if you get here early, you can always spend some time relaxing in The Reset Room.
Drinks and Snacks
We have a selection of teas, along with fresh cold water for you to enjoy at any time. If there is a morning class, you may get lucky and find a fresh pot of coffee ready for a mug (crafted by our local Desert Sun Ceramics artists). We also have some electrolyte powders, nut bars, and occasional fruit available for free if your blood sugar drops, you’ve been running too fast all day, or just need a little extra nourishment.
Hygeine
In a post-COVID world, we take this seriously. We have HEPA air filters running in all our spaces at all times. When the weather allows, we also at least crack a window for fresh air flow (and to hear the birds chirping). After every class or appointment, all fabrics have sanitizer applied, all hard surfaces (including door knobs, mats, wooden chair arm rests or seats, etc) are wiped with sanitizer. We also have both child size and adult size face masks available. We celebrate you cancelling appointments if you’re feeling unwell, reschedule and come back when you’re more rested. This also allows us to keep teaching as much as possible and not have to cancel on you.
If we are sick, we will post a notice on Facebook, on our homepage, and on our class description page. We do our best to keep our online booking site the most up-to-date, so if a class is on a paper calendar but you don’t see it online, most likely it was cancelled not forgotten about. You can text your teacher as well to confirm if a class is happening. We do our best never to cancel, but life happens to even the best planned people and we do what we can to keep you informed with any changes.
