Vitality Web Coaching

Take a life that feels okay and make it feel vital

Most people come to coaching knowing something is off — they just can't name it yet. They've tried the obvious fixes. Read the books. Done the wellness things. And they're still tired, still spinning, still in that low-grade war with themselves they can't quite explain to anyone else.

Vitality Web Coaching starts with the assessment. If you've already taken a peek at the Vitality Web Self-Assessment, you have a map — and coaching is where you actually use it. We go beneath the scores, into the real texture of what's depleted and why, what's been compensating for what, and what wants to shift first. The Vitality Web looks at dimensions most health conversations skip entirely: your relationship to receiving, to pleasure, to self-authorship, to rest. Not just your sleep and your stress levels.

From there, we work on the real thing. Not the loudest thing — the one underneath it. Sessions are part coaching, part somatic inquiry, part permission slip to stop performing wellness and actually experience it.

This isn't a productivity system. It isn't optimization. It's a return to coherence — finding where you've been living out of alignment with yourself, and what it would feel like to come home.

    Rewire your Pain Coaching

If you’ve been through the Rewire Your Pain Program and want more support, this is for you.

You've done the Rewire Your Pain program. You understand what's happening in your nervous system — why the signals were real even when the damage wasn't, what a flare actually means, and what you're working with now. That's not a small thing. Most people spend years without that map.

This is where you go deeper. Rewire Your Pain Coaching is designed for graduates of the Rewire Your Pain program who are ready for individualized support — because the group container gets you started, but your nervous system has its own specific history, its own patterns, its own pace. One-on-one work lets us follow that.

Together we'll build on what you already know: going further into the practices that are working, troubleshooting the places you're still stuck, and addressing the facets of your life — relational, emotional, financial, environmental — that are still feeding the signal. Pain doesn't live in isolation, and healing doesn't either.

It's slow work. It's real work. And it changes things.

      About Your Coach

Adrienne has been coaching since 2016, but the real training started long before that — two decades of working directly with bodies, first as a massage therapist, then through functional medicine health coaching, somatic movement, and yoga. That arc matters, because it means she's never approached coaching as a purely mental exercise. The body is always in the room and it plays a huge role.

Her foundational coaching credentials include certification from the Co-Active Training Institute — one of the most rigorous coach training programs in the world — plus their year-long Leadership Development program, and certification through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, whose program is the only one fully developed in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine and approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.

Her specialized training in neuroplastic pain adds another layer: a Freedom from Chronic Pain Neuroplasticity Practitioner certification led by Dr. Howard Schubiner and Hal Greenham, as well as a Neuroplastic Symptom Recovery Coach certification through the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms (ATNS).

What that means practically: she knows how to hold a coaching conversation with real depth, and she understands the biological and lifestyle terrain underneath it. She's not guessing at what chronic stress does to a body. She's spent twenty years watching it — and helping people find their way back.

Her approach is warm, direct, and a little irreverent. She will not tell you to think positive. She will help you figure out what's actually true.

      Immersions:

Join me for an immersive experience in Moab, Utah (home of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks). Here we will use the inspiration of nature, geologic history, and play to shift perspectives of what’s possible, to gain clarity on what you really want, and immediately jumpstart new ways of living into your dreams.

      Workshops:

I offer a variety of workshops both in-person and virtual on a wide variety of subjects, some free, some paid.

Working with Adrienne and having an opportunity to tap into her expertise was such a pleasurable and enlightening experience for me! She asked questions, excellent questions, and lots of them. She helped me uncover things that I didn’t know about myself and to figure out what works and doesn’t work for me as we experimented with different approaches and ways to implement changes that would get me closer to my goals. She kept me accountable and focused. As a result, I’ve become a more mindful and flexible version of myself, open to giving myself a permission to experiment in different areas of my life. Thank you, Adrienne!
