What is this Akashic Records thing…?
Your soul is perfect. Your humanness is what’s evolving to meet that perfection. It’s bound to be bumpy while you figure out the map, the terrain, your path within the landscape. It can take many lifetimes to learn all the ways to meet your souls divine blueprint. So what are you meant to be learning in this lifetime?
Working with the Akashic Records can help smooth out some of those bumps, help turn on your overhead light so you can read the map better.
You may have had the experience of repeating patterns in your life - whether it be financially, within your relationships, with your health, and you KNOW it’s not serving your current earthly goals. Perhaps the methods you’ve been using to overcome these repeating patterns just aren’t working. The Akashic Records can help.
So what are the Akashic Records? Well, consider that every. single. thing. that has been thought, done, felt, seen, created, or experienced ever since the creation of our planet has been documented in the ether - like the internet for all of Creation. The Cosmic Cloud. This includes your soul and its journey through the past, present and all future possibilities and probabilities. Is your head exploding yet? Yeah, mine did too. Now consider that you have the ability to “Google” these records, download from the Cosmic Cloud anything pertaining to your soul that will help you in this life, in an actionable way right now. Way cool and empowering, yeah? Yeah!
Imagine gaining insight on why you’re always falling for unavailable people in your life, or clearing any patterns that aren’t serving your evolution when it comes to money, or healing deep wounds or experiences that still feel unresolved that get in the way of a fully expressed life. That’s some real goodness right there.
Not only can insight and clarity come from working with the Akashic Records, unlike a library where information is static, the Records are like the internet where they can be updated, rewritten, and adjusted in ways that help our soul make progress in this lifetime.
How does a group healing session work?
I love this question. When working with the divine-all-that-is, “they” know who is in the room, what struggles are happening, what wishes and desires are present. I can tap into this river of supportive love, wisdom, and guidance and each person present will receive exactly the healing or information they need. All you need to do is show up with whatever you happen to be struggling with, curious about, or want some support on, and the rest will unfold (no sharing of details are needed, unless you choose to at the end of the session).
What this looks like in action:
There will be a group of people in one room (generally anywhere between 6-8 people is pretty comfortable)
Each person will be sitting or laying in whatever position they can relax into for a while. We have yoga mats, lots of bolsters, foam floor chairs, blankets, and more. Use what you like to get cozy.
At the start of class, you will be guided in Yoga Nidra or some form of meditation to relax and open your receiving senses a little more fully.
Adrienne will open the Akashic Records for the group
At this stage, this is a perfect time for you to internally ask for what is it you need, what you’d like to shift in your life, what you’d appreciate clarity on.
We will remain in silent receiving mode like this for a decent portion of the class time. For many people this just feels like a very deeply relaxed state (but behind the scenes some fabulous healing is happening on your behalf). For others this feels more like an internal conversation with a trusted advisor or spiritual support team on the topic of your choosing, that which will help support your souls greatest evolution.
Once our session closes, there will be time for everyone to come out of their “away” state, come into the present space, and ask any questions or share anything that feels like it needs to be spoken out loud to solidify even more.
The whole process will last about 60 minutes. You are encouraged to bring something to write with, to make note of any aha’s or important things you want to remember.
When will I feel a difference?
This varies based on the person and on the healing needed. For some issues, it is simple and easy to clean up the records, rewite what needs to shift, and life seems to flow more smoothly from that moment forward.
For some, this process takes time to unfold, since many of the things we struggle with involve other people, the ripple effect takes time to build up to a noticeable difference.
When Adrienne did a healing process on her financial life, it took about 2 years to really notice that the repeating patterns had stopped, even though the factors at play had already started to change. Once that awareness took hold, the healing continues unfolding, building, getting more and more enhanced.
What’s usually suggested is to keep a part of your awareness open in situations where you would normally see your “usual” pattern happen, and notice what may be different now that the healing session has taken place. The OMG moments typically happen after the fact, when you have space to reflect what normally would have taken place, vs what actually did this time. This is also why it’s helpful to write down some notes before the session on what it is you’ve been experiencing that you’d like to shift. That way as time goes on, you can use that dated entry as a reference point to see really how much has changed for the better.

Upcoming Group Healing Sessions:
These classes aren’t one-on-one public readings. They are mostly done in silence, with you having an internal experience rather than a public one. You can bring whatever you like to the class that you are seeking support without sharing any details or be put on the spot.
75 Minute Group Session: Sunday June 14th 11:00am-12:15pm
This is a 75 minute themed class, typically aligned around a particular energy of the time of year, moon cycle, or a specific healing process. This class will offer some background information behind what the Akashic Records are, what to expect, and how to work with the records. A great choice if you've never experienced working in the Akashic Records before and want some education around it, or if you prefer to steep a little longer in a deeply relaxing, healing, and meditative state.

Asynchronous readings:
A Reading on Your Time. Guidance That Travels With You.
An asynchronous Akashic Records session is exactly what it sounds like — and nothing like what you might expect. There's no Zoom call, no scheduled appointment, no performing your question in real time. You submit what you're on your mind and in your heart, and I enter the Records on your behalf. A few days later, you receive a written summary, a recording, and a window to ask a follow-up question: your reading, in your hands, yours to listen to once or twenty times, in a pace that is digestible.
Some of the most profound work happens when there's no pressure to receive it perfectly in the moment. When you're on a Zoom call, you're doing two things at once — absorbing guidance and managing the social experience of being read. A recorded session lets you just... receive. Listen on a walk, in the quiet after the kids are down, twice through before you sleep. And when something doesn't land right away — which happens, because sometimes life needs to catch up to the Records before the meaning clicks — you can go back. That's not a consolation prize, it aligns more with what you’re really after, which is clarity.
Here's how it works: you book your session, you’ll receive a link to fill out a short intake form with a little context and 1–3 questions or intentions you want me to hold. I open your Records when I'm energetically clear and ready — not when a calendar notification fires — and record your session. Within 10 days, you'll receive the downloadable audio file plus a brief written summary of key themes. You also get to ask one follow-up question by email within 7 days of delivery, if something needs clarification or lands sideways.
What's not included: live conversation, scheduling, or revision. This is a contained transmission, not an ongoing exchange. Which, honestly, is part of the point — you get to sit with it on your own terms.
