Classes: Mobility for Men
All of our classes are intentionally semi-privately sized so we can truly focus on you—your body, your pace, your progress.
To honor the limited space and intimate setting, please pre-register before attending. Use the online booking button (preferred), or simply text or call your teacher to let us know you’re coming.
Mobility for Men (led by Adrienne Ruzic):
A 4-Part Series rooted in the Kaiut Yoga Method
This series is for men who are stiff, sore, tight, injured, aging, athletic, desk-bound—or just tired of forcing their bodies to behave.
Many men don’t feel comfortable walking into a typical yoga class. Not because they don’t need the work—but because the space wasn’t designed with them in mind.
Mobility for Men exists to remove that barrier.
This is a space where stiffness isn’t a problem, pain isn’t a failure, and comparison doesn’t belong. You won’t be surrounded by bodies doing things yours can’t. You won’t be asked to push, perform, or “open” anything.
Instead, you’re invited to slow down, work intelligently, and let your body change at its own pace.
The work is based on the Kaiut Yoga Method, which aims to restore joint health, reduce pain, and improve movement without stretching, straining, or performing. The work is slow, intelligent, and surprisingly powerful. Think: less effort, more access.
This space exists so men can step into a yoga room without needing to prove anything—
and leave with a body that feels a little more cooperative, not more judged.
Each class stands on its own, or enroll in the full 4-part series at a discounted rate for deeper, cumulative change. Each class is $25, or purchase the series for $80. Space is limited.
What Makes This Different
Joint-centric (hips, spine, shoulders, knees—not poses)
Nervous-system aware (we work with protection, not against it)
Accessible for tight bodies, injuries, and chronic pain
Mostly floor-based, supported, and quiet
No flexibility required. Seriously.
If traditional yoga hasn’t worked for you—or made things worse—this is likely what you’ve been missing.
Who This Is For
Men dealing with chronic pain or recurring injuries
Athletes who feel “strong but stuck”
Men who don’t feel comfortable in typical yoga spaces
Anyone who wants longevity, not performance
What This Series Is Not
A flexibility class
A workout
A quick fix
A performance-based yoga practice
You won’t be chasing sensations or forcing change. Progress comes from neurological reorganization, not effort.
You may not leave feeling ‘worked,’ but you’re likely to leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more at ease in your body. The real changes show up in how you move, recover, and feel over time.
No experience required. No flexibility expected.
-
Not even a little.
Inflexibility is common—and often protective. This work doesn’t ask you to override it or “fix” it. You’re encouraged to work with your current reality, not push past it.If anything, being stiff usually means this work is especially relevant.
-
No.
This is based on the Kaiut Yoga Method, which is slow, supported, and joint-focused—not pose-driven or performance-oriented.Most of the class happens on the floor. There’s no flowing, no mirrors, and no expectation to look a certain way.
-
That’s normal—and expected.
This space is designed so you don’t have to “know what you’re doing” or feel like you need to fit a mold. Many men find that after a few minutes, the self-consciousness fades and the body can settle. -
Most men notice:
Less background tension
Easier movement with less effort
A calmer nervous system
A growing sense of trust in their body
You may not leave feeling “worked,” but you’re likely to leave feeling more at ease in your body. The deeper changes tend to show up over time—in how you move, recover, and feel day to day.
-
This approach is commonly helpful for people with chronic pain, old injuries, or recurring flare-ups. The work is adaptable and never forced.
You’re encouraged to work at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
