ARL1 is a 6-session live course taught by Adrienne Ruzic, drawing on a synthesis of lineages she has studied and practiced over years of personal and professional work with the Records. You'll leave with a method you understand, a channel you trust, and a practice that travels with you.

What you'll walk away with
After six sessions you'll be able to open and close your own Records independently, using the synthesized method taught in the course. You'll know your dominant channel — the way guidance arrives most naturally for you — and you'll have practiced using it. You'll understand the difference between personal intuition and higher guidance, and have real experience distinguishing them. You'll have worked in the Records for personal decisions, healing, clearing, and applied work in the world. And you'll have a relationship with your Record Keepers that is yours, ongoing, and doesn't require anyone else to facilitate it.
The six sessions
Your first time in the Records
Rather than starting with theory, we start with experience. A guided journey into the field introduces you to the clairs — clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, clairsentience — through direct encounter. You leave Session 1 knowing something true about how you receive, before you've practiced a thing.
Opening, closing, and protection
The protocol — how to open your Records, how to close them cleanly, and how to work with a prayer for self-protection and clearing interference. Form and protection aren't formality; they're what makes the practice safe and repeatable. First independent opening practice.
Receiving and discerning
How to ask questions that open rather than close. How to tell the difference between your own intuition and higher guidance — what each feels like, how they arrive, how to develop confidence in the distinction. This is the session that turns experience into trust.
Working in the Records for guidance
You bring a real question. A real decision. Something you've actually been holding. We work with it inside the Records together — receiving, integrating, and learning what to do when the channel is quiet, unclear, or says something surprising.
Healing, clearing, and applied work
The Records as a tool beyond information. Prayers and protocols for energetic clearing of self, healing relationships, clearing rooms, buildings, and spaces. The Records don't stay inside a meditation cushion — this session shows you how they move in the world.
Building your practice
How to sustain independent access after the course ends. Deepening your relationship with your Record Keepers. Where ARL1 ends and what Level 2 opens into. Integration, questions, and celebration of what you've built.

A few honest answers
Do I need any background in the Akashic Records to join?
No. The course is designed for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. If you've received readings before, that context helps — but Session 1 assumes nothing and builds from there.
What if I'm not sure I'm "intuitive enough" for this?
That concern is exactly what Session 1 is designed to address — not by reassuring you, but by giving you direct experience. The Records don't require a particular personality type or gift. They require willingness and a method. This course gives you the method.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded and yours to keep. The recordings are especially useful for the prayers and protocols, which you'll return to often in early practice.
What's the difference between ARL1 and a personal reading?
A reading gives you access to the Records through someone else. ARL1 gives you your own access — permanently. After this course, you don't need to book a session to receive guidance. You open the Records yourself.
